Safari Train Ride
Hop aboard the Safari Train for a fun, narrated tour
meandering past most of our major attractions. Your train
guide will provide your group with interesting information
about our Zoo animals, their exhibits, and our conservation
efforts.
Fee: $1.50 per person (adult or child ages 3 and up)
Duration: 25 minutes
Availability: Regular Zoo hours; first come, first served;
trains depart every 20 – 30 minutes from the Safari Train
Station
Group Size: Minimum of 15 to qualify for $1.50 price
Registration: No advanced registration; pay at admission
booth or the Safari Train Station the day of your visit
Endangered Species Carousel
Your students will have a wild ride on our 36-animal
Carousel! Each animal is handcrafted for an authentic,
distinctive look. Children may choose from a lion, elephant,
zebra, mountain lion, rhino, or even a sea dragon!
Fee: $1.50 per person (adult or child riding an animal)
Children under 42” tall must have an adult standing next to
them at no additional cost.
Duration: 2 minutes
