The Phoenix Zoo held its First Annual WALK IN THE WILD on Saturday, May 9, 2009. It was a 5K run/walk or one mile family fun walk. Each walker received a commemorative T-shirt, entrance into the Walk in the Wild post-party and admission into the Zoo. Proceeds will benefit the Phoenix Zoo.

RACE COURSE
5K run/walk (2 laps around the Zoo)
One mile Family Fun Walk (starts at the Endangered Species Carousel & finishes at Lakeside)
