All elements, including but not limited to the performers, vendors, activities and ticket prices are subject to change without notice.  Tickets and sponsorships are non-refundable.  Refunds will not be issued in case of event cancellation due to inclement weather.  ID’s and all purses and bags will be checked at the door, no exceptions.   

Please remember that Zoo Brew takes place outdoors on Zoo grounds and comfortable walking shoes and attire are recommended.  If you require special accommodations at the event, please contact asutherland@thephxzoo.com.
