VOLUNTEERS Volunteers are an important part of ZooFari. ZooFari is the Phoenix Zoo’s largest one- night fundraising event with over 2,000 guests in attendance. The Phoenix Zoo is a 501 ( C ) (3) non-profit organization. So we depend on the help from our community to keep the Zoo operating. Typically ZooFari requires the help of over 200 volunteers to make this special evening possible.
