spend the night at the Phoenix Zoo!

Each night is prepared for a specific scout level and badge work.  Camps consist of guided trail hikes, animal discoveries and educational activities. Our diverse offerings are suited to fit many needs and help girls accomplish specific badge requirements.

If your troop has a minimum of 25 participants, you also have the option to schedule a camp on the date of your choosing (based on availability). Please see our Night Camp page for more details.

All Girl Scout Camps include a pizza dinner, healthy snack, and a souvenir water bottle. Overnight camps also include continental breakfast and admission to the Zoo the next day. During your program, you’ll enjoy guided trail hikes, ambassador animal encounters, and specific badge work activities/games alongside other troops. All Girl Scout camps have pre-set curriculum and locations listed below.

Is your troop working on a special badge or would you like your own private camp on a different date? Contact us at outreach@phoenixzoo.org to find out more about our custom camps!

For all Camps:

  • Group Size: Groups require one adult chaperone (at least 18 years of age) for each 10 children that attend.
  • Dinner: Hungry Howie’s Pizza (included in the price of camp)
