Upgrade Your Daytime Admission to a Membership!

You may apply the cost of your General Admission tickets toward a membership if you submit the form below within 7 days of your visit.

To begin the upgrade process, please complete the form below. This form collects the necessary information for us to process your request.

If you have any questions, please contact us by phone at 602.286.3800 or email at reservations@phoenixzoo.org. Our office is open the same business hours as the Zoo and is closed on Christmas Day. We will address requests within 48 hours of your submission.

A member of the Phoenix Zoo Contact Center will call you to complete the information and collect the remaining balance for your membership. Your membership will be active once the final payment has been received.

About Applying Your General Admission Ticket Value

The amount of General Admission ticket value that can be credited toward your membership depends on:

  • The membership level you choose
  • The number and type of tickets in your original order

You can only apply the value of tickets that would have been covered under your selected membership level.

Example:
If you visited with 4 adults and 3 children, and you’re upgrading to a Family membership:

  • We can apply the value of 2 adults and 3 children toward your membership.

*If any adult tickets were used for teens aged 14–17, please mention this in the section on the form.

Please note: ZooLights, events, field trips and Third-party tickets cannot be applied toward memberships.
