PASSPLAY MEMBER REWARDS

Phoenix Zoo memberships just got upgraded!

Follow the instructions and troubleshooting steps below to see how you can start earning rewards today.

How to Collect Points
  1. Open the app and login if needed.
  2. Along the bottom of the screen, tap “Rewards.”
  3. Tap the “Earn Points” menu.
  4. Choose the clue you want to find. Tap on the clue when you are close to that area of the Zoo.
  5. There are two ways to collect points.
    • Scanning QR codes:
      • Find the sign with the QR code in the area described in the clue, then tap “Scan QR Code.” The app will open your camera.
      • Point your camera at the QR code on the sign. Make sure your camera is close enough to register the QR code because you cannot zoom through the app. Hold steady until the app recognizes the code and credits the points.
    • Checking in:
      • Go to the area described in the clue. You can check how close you are to the check-in area by seeing how close your blue pin is to the red clue pin on the map on the clue.
      • Tap “Check In.”
      • If you are not close enough to the location, move closer until you can claim the points.
  1. Tap the “All Rewards” menu to see your prize options.
    • If a prize is greyed out, you haven’t earned enough points yet. Keep collecting each visit to earn more!
  2. Go to Guest Services at the front of the Zoo.
    • Tap the icon for the item you’d like to claim. Tap “Redeem reward now!” When the “Start Redemption” button appears, tap it, then tap & hold until the screen turns green.
    • Show the Ambassador the green screen to receive your reward.
