Charitable Donation Program
The Phoenix Zoo is proud to support our community! As a non-profit, 501(c)(3), organization, we consider requests for complimentary passes from other Arizona-based 501(c)(3) organizations. While we’re unable to fulfill requests from individuals or third parties, eligible organizations may submit a request at least four weeks before their event. Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Approved donations include two (2) general admission tickets and are limited to one request per organization per fiscal year (July–June). Requests for ZooLights will not be considered. While we review all requests, please note that due to the high volume of inquiries, we are unable to fulfill every request. Request Requirements and Guidelines:
- No requests by phone, mail, email or in-person will be accepted. Please utilize the form below.
- Each organization may only receive one Charitable Donation from the Phoenix Zoo per fiscal year (July – June).
- This offer is intended for use by Arizona-based 501(c)(3) organizations for their fundraising events. We are unable to grant requests to individuals, families or businesses.
- Requests must be made at least 4 weeks before your event.
- Ticket donations are granted in the form of 2 general daytime admission tickets and do not include special or evening events. (Requests for larger packages or ZooLights tickets will not be considered.)
- All donation items will be sent via email to the email address provided in the form below.
- Please note that due to the volume of inquiries, not all requests will be fulfilled, and we are unable to accept phone calls, emails or in-person conversations regarding requests.
- You may be asked to send the request on the letterhead of the non-profit organization requesting the donation.
