To request a Phoenix Zoo Outreach Live On Location program, please complete the form below. Within 3 business days, someone from our Reservations Team will contact you by email to confirm program availability or request alternate dates/times. How many students in your group? Our maximum group size per individual program is 30 for age 5 and under; 75 for ages 6 and up.*
How many adults in your group? Adult participants count as part of the maximum group size of 30 for age 5 and under; 75 for ages 6 and up.*
Do you have any cultural animal restrictions with your group? The most common examples of this are the inability to see snakes or owls due to cultural or religious beliefs.*

Scholarships are available for Arizona Department of Education designated Title I schools (grades K – 12) that have 50 percent or more of their enrollment on a free or reduced lunch program. Our scholarship fund is limited and at this time we are only able to allow one free program per qualifying school. Scholarships are available to qualifying schools on a first-come-first-served basis while funds last. *Would you like to be considered for a ZooReach Scholarship for this program?
