Have not received your tickets? Check your spam, it may be there. You may still come to the Zoo and the admission booths can print your tickets if you have their confirmation number.
Member ZooLights tickets are attached to your membership. To receive these tickets, please stop by the membership booth or the Guest Services lobby with your membership card and ID.
