Once you have scheduled your pick-up time on SignUpGenius, you will pick up your item(s) at the Philip & JoEllen Doornbos Administrative Center located at the Phoenix Zoo (455 North Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85008). This building is to the left of the main Zoo entrance and ticket windows.

Be sure to bring a form of identification.

After checkout, bidders will be emailed a link to sign-up for pick up via SignUpGenius. Bidders should sign up for a time/date to pick up their item(s).

All item(s) purchased during the Bidders for Critters online auction must be picked up or arrangements to do so must be made by November 1, 2023. Item(s) left after this date will be considered a donation to the Phoenix Zoo and no refunds for purchases will be made.

The Phoenix Zoo will not ship out of state.

Alcohol will not be shipped.

If shipping is requested by the buyer, the Zoo will charge the buyer, prior to shipping, the actual cost to be incurred. The item(s) will be shipped at the buyer’s own risk. Breakable items and items large in size are not recommended to be shipped.
