Anyone who is a resident of Arizona and at least 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Volunteers and third-party vendors of the Phoenix Zoo are eligible to win, employees of the Phoenix Zoo are not eligible to win. Sales are limited to 2,000 entries.

No, purchasing reservations for or attending Zoobilation is not required to win or enter the Win A Wild Ride Raffle.

No, according to gaming laws and regulations, only Arizona residents are eligible to win. If you’ve purchased a raffle entry but aren’t an Arizona resident, you can request a refund by contacting eventdonations@phoenixzoo.org. Refunds are only available to those who purchased raffle entries without understanding the rules and regulations and are only valid until the raffle closes at 8 p.m. MST on March 22, 2025.

At this time, purchases can only be made online, you may do so by visiting https://e.givesmart.com/events/CZU/i/_Auction/teph/ or clicking HERE. There will be a raffle booth at Roars & Pours event (March 6) and sales will be made at the Zoobilation fundraising event (March 22). While sales are facilitated by an employee or volunteer it will still be processed through the same website as other sales. These are the only times that purchases may be made in person.

Your chances of winning depend on how many entries are sold. There will be no more than 2,000 entries sold.

The receipt you received for your raffle entry purchase serves as verification. You can also check your raffle entry number(s) and any other purchases in the “My Info” tab on the GiveSmart portal.

Your raffle entry number can be found on “My Info” tab on the GiveSmart portal, it is not listed on your receipt.

The winner will be contacted on Monday, March 24, 2025, by email and/or phone. The winner will also be announced at Zoobilation (winner need not be present to win) and will be announced via email after the winner is reached.
