pick the best membership for you!

As a non-profit organization, the Phoenix Zoo relies on memberships to support the care of over 3,000 animals and their wild counterparts around the globe.

The adult required on every membership level must be 18+ years old. Membership levels that include more than one named individual require the name of each included person to be provided at the time of purchase. Duplicate names are not permitted, and any unnamed spots cannot be left blank for future use. If a child will be entering the Zoo without one of the named adult members on the membership, the child must have both their name and photo on the membership account.

Student/AZ educator/senior/military/first responders discounts available onsite only. To receive a discount, you must have valid photo identification. Discounts may not be combined with any other offer and are not valid on online or advanced tickets. Discounts may change without notice.

Members receive 50% off general admission tickets to the Zoo. Tickets must be purchased in-person with proof of membership and are only good for the date the ticket is purchased.

For added convenience, any named member can visit the Guest Services Lobby to have a photo added to their membership profile. Once your photo is on file, you can simply show your membership card at the turnstiles without needing to present a photo ID.

Adding a photo is completely optional, but it can help make entry to the Zoo quicker and more convenient. Photos are stored securely in our internal system and are used only for membership verification.

Stop by the Guest Services Lobby during your next visit if you’d like to add your photo.
