To receive a discount, you must have valid photo identification. Discounts may not be combined with any other offer and are not valid on online or advanced tickets. Discounts may change without notice.

EBT Program Update: If you have a valid physical or digital Arizona state-issued EBT card and a matching photo ID, then you can obtain up to four Phoenix Zoo tickets for $10 each on TUESDAYS & SUNDAYS ONLY. This discount applies per EBT card, per day. The discounts listed below apply to daytime admission only. We no longer accept P-EBT.
Active First Responders/Law Enforcement: Firefighters, EMTs, EMS, state troopers, sheriffs, sheriff’s deputies and local police.

Other discounts
The Phoenix Zoo offers several discounted group rates pending group size and status.
- Field Trips: We offer an educational rate for all school groups of $8 per student and $10 per adult for admission to the Zoo for a minimum of 15 paid guests. To qualify for this rate, all children must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 years and older) per 10 children and your school must be an institution established for the purpose of offering instruction to pupils in programs for preschool, kindergarten, any combination of elementary grades or secondary grades 1-12, colleges and universities. - Youth Group: We offer an educational rate for all youth groups of $15.00 per youth (3-17 years of age) and $20 per adult for admission to the Zoo for a minimum of 15 paid guests. To qualify for this rate, all children must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 years and older) per 10 children. Rate applicable to youth groups, such as Scout troops, Boys & Girls Club, YMCA and extracurricular programs. To learn more, visit our Youth Groups page.
- Group/ Bulk Tickets: Discounted general admission tickets are available when purchasing 25 tickets in advance. Please contact groupevents@phoenixzoo.org for more information.

We offer a supervisory care group and special needs group rate of $8 per child and $10 per adult for admission to the Zoo. To qualify for this rate, groups must define as a Care Center and organization that serves clients who have mental or physical disabilities that require staff assistance for a Zoo visit. Disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, is a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of an individual. Major Life Activities include functions such as caring for one’s self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning, and working. Official Phoenix Zoo coupons can be found on the back of various Phoenix Zoo brochures, which are located across the Valley in local hotels and tourist information centers. You may find official coupons elsewhere; however the offer is subject to change. Please see coupon for any restrictions.
The Zoo does not accept any coupons from other websites, such as RetailMeNot, Win Treasure Hunt (Anniversary Week) or other online coupon websites. These websites often share unofficial coupons that are not valid at the Zoo. We attempt to remove these coupons whenever possible.
